At the end of the video as "nick" is shadowboxing, I realize that he over exagerrates the head on the right and left upper cuts. Is this ok, or do you think that it would depend on the boxer. If I would notice that, I could use it against him? Thanks.. Great videos by the way.. Thanks for the good vids Mr. Lefebvre.

The next area in the introductory lesson that I usually cover is having the students work with the wall mounted head target mirrors. I'm trying to instill upon them to keep your head moving. It's one thing to be a good puncher on the heavy bag, on the speed bag, shadowboxing, etcetera, even in the ring to be a good puncher, but if you're not moving your head, chances are you're going to be punched yourself at some point. So I want to instill upon them, as we worked on earlier with the mirrors, is as you punch, bend at the knees, bring your face back down again. As you're throwing your hooks, bob and weave back and forth outside of the mirror. As you're throwing your uppercuts, make sure that your face is off to the side of the mirrors. Okay? As you're throwing your double right hands, everything is out of the mirror. That way, you're not going to get hit as much, and you're going to be actually more productive by not getting hit as much. Nick is going to show us a little bit about what he's learned on using the wall mounted target mirrors.
