Techniques for Practicing on a Boxing Speed Bag

Then we're going to hit it with the front of our fist with the left, and then leave it up there, hit it with the back of our hand, the heel of our hand on that one. The speed bag will hit three times. You hit it once, it's going to hit the board one, two, three. On the way back down again, that's when you're going to tap it with the back of your hand, and then you'll switch hands. I'm going to one, two, one, two, and each time, your hand's going to come back to your face. The left will come back to your cheek, the right will come back to your chin. The biggest secret is to do it nice and gentle, nice and soft at first. Nick, can you show us a little bit of work on the speed bag, please? Okay, that's good. That's great.
