"The next item we want to talk about, is the push up bars. A very simple device. What it is basically, it gets you off the ground a little bit more. It gets your hands in a better situation for doing push ups. And, you get less stress on the wrist. Very simple to use, there like a non-skid surface. Just place them down on the ground, about shoulder width apart. Lean right into it, get your toes all the way back there. Then basically, going down here push up. You may not have to go all the way down with your chest. Because, you're already six inches off the floor. Just try to get some nice even push ups in there. Again, because you're already six inches off the floor don't try to go all the way down with your chest. You'll be going in the opposite direction where your shoulders locking. Thank you."
