"The next thing I wanted to talk about is to actually have a small, portable video camera in your gym. We're very excited about this here. What we do is, a lot of times we'll video cam somebody hitting the heavy bag if I notice that they're dropping their right when they're throwing their left or something. I'll just go ahead and sneak a few minutes of video tape of them and we'll plug it into the TV and then I can show them, hey look, I told you Bob, when you're throwing your left, you're dropping your right and then he can see it instantly. We have just a small video camera here, set it up on a tripod when we actually do the sparring matches. And then after we get done taping it, we'll just go ahead and plug it right into the TV and then the boxers can come over and actually watch, watch their sparring session right on the film. That gives them a chance to see against each other what exactly they're doing wrong, but also what they're doing right and then we can talk about it. We also video cam the fights when we go to matches and stuff and that way the boxer can come back, win or lose, he can come back and he actually can see what he's done right and wrong. If we have a rematch with that same opponent, for instance, that gives us a chance to really get in there and see what we did wrong, what we did right to capitalize on, that really helps in rematches as well."
