"In our next clip, I wanted to talk about the ab roller. In boxing, a good set of abs is one of the more important things to have. You know, legs are good, big strong arms are good, but it's those abs that's going to take a lot of punches in the belly and in the upper groin area. Shane is going to show us a few moves on the ab roller as he tries to develop his own abs. Shane? As you can see, right now he's just doing the basic forward roll and he's doing it nice and slow. His knees are bent up in the air so that he's not laying completely flat down. He's giving his abs a workout, a little bit of the lower back. And then there's also one we like to do on the side. He's a little bit more turning and that's going to help you later on when you get in the ring and start twisting and turning and thrusting from side to side. And the key again to this is nice and slow. OK, there you go, the ab roller, very inexpensive. Just a good thing to have in the gym. Everybody can use it."
