"The next step in our mixed green salad, now that we've already tossed our mixed greens in balsamic vinaigrette, we're going to add some fresh roasted corn that we have right here and I like a little bit of nuts in my salad. This recipe that was brought about, you can use pecans you can use walnuts. I like to use spicy peanuts. I think a little spiciness in a salad kind of rechanges the direction of the salad. We're gonna add a tablespoon of roasted corn, and the peanuts, the spicy peanuts, they're actually gonna be a garnish, so you can kind of eyeball how much to put in and what really works for you. Here we are. We're gonna give this a simple toss. Next to our mixed greens, we're going to be presenting these; I went with a large pasta bowl. Now for those of you that do not have large pasta bowls at home, any type of mixing bowl such as this one always works great for me on the family table. The first thing I'm gonna do is give this one quick toss, and whenever plating with tongs, start up. The next thin we're gonna add, four grape tomatoes. You can use cherry tomatoes around the surrounding edges, adding a little color. Then take our seasoned spicy peanuts, gonna add these around as a kind of garnish. And last but not least, sauteed goat cheese. There we are, it's our mixed green salad. As you can see, we've tossed it in a light balsamic vinaigrette, with grape tomatoes, a little spicy peanuts, and, of course, the roasted corn, and finally to finish it off, we've gone with the sauteed goat cheese. And this is one of my favorite salads. It's great for the summer, or late night snack. So, hope you enjoy. "
