"Okay, the next important step to this amazing mixed green salad is that we're going to do sauteed goat cheese. You can pretty much use any store bought goat cheese. Personally, I prefer herbed goat cheese. Once it's cooked up, it has so much flavor and aroma that it just kind of jumps out and grabs you. The next step in prepping the sauteed goat cheese, we're just basically gonna take it out of the wrapper. I kind of like to form them into small patties, probably a third or quarter of an inch definitely in size, not in inches, just because this is so flavorful and so good. So, this is my first one that I'm doing right here. You can see, I like to form them in small patties. And then we're gonna dust them, just lightly dust them, about four or five spins. When doing sauteed goat cheese, you're gonna want to work with definitely a light oil. Any type of sunflower, canola, or even peanut oil. We don't want to use much oil, because the goat cheese will actually break its mold, kind of go all over the pan, so I'm just using a third of a tablespoon, I'm sorry, a third of a teaspoon of sunflower oil. We have our goat cheese that has been lightly dusted in any type of bread crumbs and seasoning, and we're just gonna pop these on. Make sure our heat is low. Now as you can see, these cook very quick and since it's already cheese, we don't have to leave it on that much. We're gonna do about fifteen or twenty seconds and it should be done. As you can see, they've already started browning around the edges to take on that nice golden color. That's when you know they're about done. So this is basically just to get them warm, not actually frying them. So, they're about done. We're gonna turn our heat off, let them sit for a moment, and we'll go onto our next step."
