"This one dish is one of my favorites is a low country shrimp and grits. I'm actually going to make our grits creamy so just to go over the basic ingredients that we are going to be using today. We are going to be using three forth (3/4) of a cup our stone ground grits on of my favorites definitely to work with they are nice and creamy and the texture once they are cooked gives a very even consistency. So next we have jumbo prone the we are using I have actually taken the liberty to devein these and just for presentation we are going to keep the tips on. They make a wonderful presentation so these are a eleven or forty counts, they are a nice size on them, no one is going to be skimpy with shrimp in this entrée . We have our chopped Smithville bacon which is one of my favorites to work with. It has a really good smoky texture to it almost like a apple with bacon with it so. We have some fresh asparagus tips that we have taken the liberty just to kind of use just maybe a pinch of salt just to kind of seasoning them up. Last but not least I have a little bit of the roasted corn and what is so great about this entrée is that you have a pluther of different colors going on. So have a little green, a little of yellow, we have the grits, the bacon is going to cook up really well and if you really want to be able to over the edge I would definitely throw some tomatoes in there as well. So with our sauce that we are cooking today it is going to be a very light sauce, a little bit of Worcestershire sauce, we are going to be using a third (1/3) of a teaspoon of that, a cup of heavy cream, and a pinch of Tabasco, a sprinkle of salt, a sprinkle of pepper. So we are going to get started on our grits first. "
