"Before we set it aside for more then 6 hours we want to add the last 2 special ingredients which is our trusty sesame oil that we can get in any grocery store pretty much anywhere now and that is about a tablespoon that you want to sit into the chicken. Put it to the side, mix that up a little bit and it also gives it a nice little nutty flavor is the actual sesame seeds and these you can purchase at a Asian market. I like the one's that have been roasted and semi crushed and that is about a teaspoon and you mix that up. Now if you are in a time crunch and you want it right away you want to put a little extra sugar just so the meat breaks down quicker for you. But after we are done mixing all this up you can set it aside, cover it in the refrigerator and then we can start to prepare our vegetables that we are going to stir fry this stuff with. "
