"Okay next we are going to do a pepper this is a green pepper. I have already sliced it in half. We are going to take out the seeds not such a neat job but that is okay cause we are making stew. Rinse the seeds out, then I want to slice this length wise. Again not to thinly. Okay now that is completed we are going to turn it and cut in once crosswise. I'm going to get rid of this little one and then we are going to add that to our pot. "
