"The next thing is our carrot and we going to wash and break off that little end and peel it. The way you cut the carrots to put it in the stew is really up to you but I prefer to cut them on a diagonal. Or you can cut them in half first the long way then cut them it is really up to you. Then from them I'm going to cut them in half the bigger pieces and then we are going to add that to our delicious stew. It is a really nice colorful stew. "
