"Hi! I'm Jennifer Cail and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make a green bean casserole as part of your delicious Thanksgiving day dinner. Our next step for making our green bean casserole is to add the cream of mushroom soup. Of course, we're using canned condensed soup, so I'm just going to pop the top of the soup can and then I'm going to pour this into the milk that we already have measured out. The milk already has some of the seasonings in it, so we're just going to mix this in with it. It really helps to have a spatula in order to get all of the soup out of the can. Because it's not going to come out in a solid lump, like say cranberry sauce would, you've got to reach inside and get it all out. Because it can a pop top lid, you also have to be careful because there's a lip inside the can that's going to catch some of the soup going in. Let's get that all out of there. Then we're going to gently mix it in with the milk. You don't want it to be lumpy because it's got to mix in well with the green beans, so you want to get all of those lumps out. Mix it with the milk so you have nice smooth consistency when you add it to the green bean, which we'll be doing momentarily. "
