"Hi! I'm Jennifer Cail and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make a green bean casserole as part of your delicious Thanksgiving day dinner. Now that we have our milk measured out, we're going to add a couple of seasoning just to give a little extra to our green bean casserole. The first thing that we're going to add is one teaspoon of soy sauce. This might be something a little different than you're used to, but it's not a lot to add a soy flavor. It's just enough to add a little bit extra flavor and make it a little different than perhaps you're used to. You're going to measure out one teaspoon. One thing important to remember about soy sauce is once you've opened up a bottle of it, it needs to be refrigerated. After you're finished, put it back in the refrigerator so that you don't have to worry about it going bad. Next, you're going to add a little bit of pepper. I prefer using freshly ground pepper because it's going to have the best flavor to it. If you don't have freshly ground pepper, then of course, the pepper that you buy at the grocery store already ground up will suffice. Since I'm not going to measure it, we're just going to have a couple of twists of the pepper just so we can see some specks floating on top of the milk. If you are using pepper that's already been ground, you would want to use 1/8 of a teaspoon of pepper."
