"The first implement I'm going to discuss is the wire whisk. Of course you might of recognized this for something that you normally have in your kitchen but when you attach it to the mixer it becomes so much more powerful. What you usually think of for using a wire whisk is things such as whipping cream for making whip cream or for making egg whites into a nice fluffy meringue. With this implement you can certainly get up this speed for such things as that. Now pretending of this of course is in a bowl you can see it just how fast you can get this going. With the speed and power you can definitely whisk up those egg whites to nice big fluffiness at no time at all. But there are other things you can use your whisk for. You can use it for other egg base dishes such as Fertada anything that you want to get those eggs nice and fluffy, light and really airy. The whisk is going to incorporate lots of air into whatever you're mixing while the whisk is great for many delicate light batters. You want to be very careful not to use it for anything too heavy, such as the cookie dough. The wires could bend and it's not going to work as well as something else."
