"Today we're going to talk about how to pick out a fresh potato. Really not too difficult on potatoes. You really want to stay away from anything that has any kind of green on it like that. It's a little bit, I mean you can still see green on them. It's not ripe. It's going to take a little bit longer. You want to stay away from any kind of soft spots, any, any real marks with damage. Any kind of mold spot like that you want to stay away from. It's not going to be that big of a deal. I mean you can just cut it out when you get home. You want to stay away from any that are starting to root out which they will do on all those little eyes, on the little eyes like that when they start rooting out. It's not that big a deal, once again you can just cut it off when you get home. You really just want to stay away from anything that is still green on any part of it and if they're too soft. I mean if there is any kind of mushy spot or anything like that you want to stay away from that. It may be some kind of mold or just has been out too long."
