"Hi, this is Josiah Owen and today we are going to talk about making pot roast. So now we are going to go ahead and talk about our rosemary. We are going to get some fresh rosemary I would get 2 sticks of this. We are going to need a knife for this so we can get this out of the way. What you are going to do is you are going to grab the top and just slide your fingers down and it should all just pull right off. You can pull them individually it is up to you. You can get to some pieces where you are going to have to take them apart but not all of them. You just want to pull all of these pieces. You want to take the stick and discard it. Put it to the side. Any big pieces you want to tear the bottom off and just fall apart cause we don't want the sticks in there. Now we are going to do the same thing for this piece. You don't have to use 2 if you don't want to but I do a lot of rosemary with my pot roast. You are going to see the different flavors that we use. You want to make sure you don't get any of the sticks in there and just discard any of the pieces that you don't want. Actually that is all we are going to use because we grabbed a really really big piece so I guess 2 medium pieces would do. Go through it and like I said make sure all you have are little leaves nad just put this to the side to we need it. "
