"Hi, this is Josiah Owen and today we are going to talk about making pot roast. Now we are going to go over cutting our carrots after we cleaned them and peel them and take everything off the ends. We are going to go over what is called a roll cut. You come in, in a 45 degree angle and just cut down. You want to turn it one more time go in 45 degrees.
