Video Transcript

"Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul catering located in Round Rock, Texas and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to continue on with this series we call making a meal and in this is part two of that series of the first side dish which we are going to make garlic mashed potatoes. We have taken our potatoes out, we let them boil, got them soft, got them in a bowl and we are going to add our garlic to the potatoes. We are going to start mashing those together and I start off by using just a potato masher. If you had a ricer you could use that but just to get it mashed as later once we start adding our other ingredients I'm actually going to use a mixer and kind of mix these a little more to make them a little smoother. It takes a little work to mash them up but hey the results would be wonderful. So I will continue mashing here, mixing that garlic that we have with our potatoes and we would move on to our next step."
