"Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul catering located in Round Rock, Texas and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to continue on with this series we call making a meal and in this is part two of that series of the first side dish which we are going to make garlic mashed potatoes. Okay now for our garlic mashed potatoes definitely need garlic and what we are going to do is try to mince this garlic really kind of fine so we would let our knife rock back and forth till we get it that way. I do have a food chopper and I have used that it makes it real simple. Another thing that I have used is a coffee grinder, a coffee bean grinder little small one if you put your garlic in there I mean just pulse it you get some nice finely chopped garlic in no time. But here I just feel like working a little bit harder for you to show you that you can do it with out any machinery other then the machine that you call yourself. Like I said you want to get this nice and chopped up because this is where the flavor of the garlic comes from for the garlic mashed potatoes. Anyways we keep chopping this up until we get it just a little finer then this and move on with our next step for our garlic mashed potatoes."
