"Hi I'm Karen for Expert Village now I'm going to show you how to stuff the cabbage rolls. First you want to have a good size pan it's good not to use an aluminum pan because anything with a tomato sauce is going to eat away at the aluminum you'll get aluminum, so use a nice glass casserole we're going to take some of our sauce a couple of scoops and put it on the bottom of the casserole and now we'll stuff our cabbage. So first peel off a leaf from your cabbage and this hard rib in the back you can just trim off with a knife. Take a scoop of filling about a 1/4 cup of filling and fold over the side, see how nice and welty our cabbage is because we had that in the freezer, and we took it out its nice and welty and see how easy it is to make a cabbage roll. Now peel off your next leaf and remove that rib with the knife turn it so it's a cup side up like that, about 1/4 of cup of filling in the cabbage leaf, fold in the sides like this and just roll it up. And lay them in the pan like this nice and tight together so that when there cooking they won't fall apart you want them to be all tucked in nicely together. Lets do another one, remove that rib in the back and take about 1/4 cup of scoop of filling fold in the sides and roll it up nice and tight. See how it rolls continue on like this until you used up all your filling."
