"Hi, my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, TX and I'm Taylor Glover and on behalf of Expert Village we are here to show you a chicken and sausage jambalaya. Now in this step we are going to take our boneless skinless chicken breast, we are going to season these and then are going to stick them in the oven. Let them kind of cook through, then we'll bring them back later, cut them up and put them into our jambalaya. So I'm going to have Taylor go ahead and season our chicken. Cause we want to season both sides of the chicken, you want both sides to taste good. For those of you who aren't here we actually have the circus visiting today and we have a couple of clowns that are back beyond the cameras, so just you that you know. So we have our chicken breast seasoned on both sides, we are going to take this pan (cookie sheet) and cover it with foil and we're going to stick it in the oven at about 350 degrees. It should take use about 10-20 minutes to get this to cook basically through and we'll see you back at the next step."
