"Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, Texas and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a creole shrimp crab salad. We have our base dressing we added the garlic we added the bell pepper we added the onion the celery we just got finish adding the serrano pepper for heat and now some sweet. That jicama that we diced up now it's time for that like I said the jicama has like a pair of a apple kind of flavor to it plus it's going to give the salad a nice crunch a nice texture. So once again we're starting to mix and as you can see even though the base dressing itself is thinning out, all those items we adding in is adding the thickness and color. So we're getting that jicama now incorporated so we'll have that delicious taste of our holy trinity that nice under bite of the garlic that we used the pickled garlic. A little bit of heat from the serrano pepper and like I say it's just a little bit of heat and we'll have that sweetness from that jicama, so we'll get all this incorporate it and once again another layer add to our dressing and I'll see you back at the next step."
