"Now let's move to the second part of our holy trinity which is going to be the onion portion for this dish we're going to use some red onion and once again we're just going to make thin slices of that, because when we're cutting it cross ways we want to do it the same way as the bell pepper. We want some small dices so I'll use that portion right there and then just come across and as your cutting you'll notice how small you cut the bell pepper so you want to do your onion about the same size. Of course it's not going to be as thick but basically the overall size will be similar so another words you don't want real big rings of onion when your using small dices of bell pepper, and we're using the red so we can get once again color. We want this color to pop out in this salad so here's our red onion chopped real small and we're ready to move on."
