"Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, Texas and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a creole shrimp crab salad. Okay now we're going to mix our seasoning that we're going to use for our creole shrimp crab salad and the seasonings kind of keeping them to a minimum this time and basically we're going to use a little black pepper and a little sea salt. Not to much because we're also going to use a little of the creole seasonings and it's got some salt in there but were using it because we want that extra spice that's in there. The one that I'm using is actually called well says it's more spice so it's got a little more kick than your normal and of course some bay season and then we'll take this and get a little mix and what this seasoning what were going to do is we're going to also put a little bit on our shrimp, just before we chop them up and then were going to actually use the rest to season the overall dish. So there we have the seasoning mix made, take a little taste perfect and we'll move to our next step."
