"Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, Texas and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a creole shrimp crab salad. Let's look at the ingredients that we're going to need here for our creole shrimp crab salad well we're like I said we're going to use 3 different bell peppers for the color. We're going to use a red green and a yellow we're going to use some garlic some chopped boiled eggs some red onion we're going to chop up a little parsley, some green onions some celery and some jicama. We're also going to use basic seasoning for this we're going to use some black pepper a little sea salt we're going to cheat a little bit we're going to use a creole spice that's already made. Some bay seasonings and then our dressing that we're going to put on top that we're going to use a little mayo sandwich bread some sour cream, and then some juice from a lemon and then the stars of our show we'll be first of all shrimp as well as some crab meat. We're using going to use the claw meat from the crab if you wanted to you can use some can claw meat or some can crab meat or you can use some lump crab if you want to spend a some little more money. Anyway this will be the ingredients that we use for our creole shrimp crab salad let's get started."
