"This is Karl James owner of Creolesoul catering located in Round Rock, Texas and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a creole style rice dish. Okay in this step we are going brown our ground beef, we are going to add a little seasoning to that. That seasoning mixture that we made and get our ground beef brown with that nice creole seasoning on it and it would carry throughout the dish. Once we get the beef browned we are going to drain out any excess fat cause we really don't want that in there and I like to break the ground beef into small pieces so that it stretches throughout the dish. Anyway we will keep browning our ground beef here and when we get it brown and drain our excess fat we would move on to our next step."
