"Hi, my name is Karl James, owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, TX and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a crawfish boudin. The ingredients that we're going to use for our boudin are bell pepper, celery, onion our holy trinity, some parsley and green onions which we are going to put in later, pepper to kick up the heat. We're going to use our seasonings some black pepper, kosher salt, a little garlic powder, red pepper, a little sweet basil, creole seasonings, ole' bay, a few thyme leaves (dry thyme leaves). We're also going to need a little bit of flour to bine this together, some tomato sauce, a little oil to saute our crawfish in, rice (we're going to use some instant rice) hog casings, and of course crawfish. So that's our ingredients we're going to use, let's get started."
