"Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul catering and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a creole barbecue chicken wing recipe. Okay now to build our sauce we have added our bell pepper, onion, garlic and celery to the bowl and we are going to add a little of Worcestershire sauce to this and then a splash or soy, we are also going to add just a little bit of vinegar to give it a tartness I'm using white vinegar, a barbecue sauce store bought, we are going to add a 1/8 cup of sugar to that, and then a pinch of our seasoning mixed that we made and then we are going to start mixing this up. We are going to mixing that up and get that sugar to dissolve in this liquid, lets add a splash of water just to thin it out just a little bit we don't want it to thick. And we would just keep mixing this to get our seasoning and our sugar to dissolve into the mixture and here we have our barbecue sauce."
