Add Sauce to Orange Honey Glazed Chicken Wings

"Hi! My name is Karl James owner of Creosoul Catering located in Round Rock, Texas and on behalf of Expert Village, I am here to show you an orange honey glazed chicken wing recipe. We've taken our chicken wings and we've fried those till golden brown and we also have our sauce that we made and now what we want to do is mix the chicken wings with the sauce so we can get a nice coating with the sauce over the chicken wings. We'll just gently turn those around in the sauce making sure that they are covered. We are getting that soy, vinegar, sugar and little pieces of garlic to cover our wings. We want to get it completely coated and what we do is we'll remove these wings from the sauce and continue on with the rest of our batch and then we'll move on to our next step. "
