"Hi! My name is Karl James owner of Creosoul Catering located in Round Rock, Texas and on behalf of Expert Village, I am here to show you an orange honey glazed chicken wing recipe. Okay now we are going to make our sauce. We've got our orange zest in here as well as our garlic. We are going to add a little Balsamic Vinegar to that for a little tartness plus the Balsamic Vinegar is also kind of sweet. We are going to squeeze the juice of an orange in there also. That nice orange flavor. Okay now we are going to take our orange marmalade and we are going to use just a couple of spoonfuls and then our honey. It is going to be about a quarter of a cup. We'll take our whisk and get this all mixed up. Get those flavors together. Now if you wanted to you could take the same mixture and put it in a small sauce pan and on medium low heat, just go ahead and heat all of this together. You could use it or make a thicker sauce with it by adding say a little corn starch and water to that and bring to a boil. It will thicken as it gets to a boil and reduce it and just let it simmer. You could use it more as a dipping sauce if you wanted to but for our purposes we are going to put the chicken wings inside of this and then stick them in the oven and let them cook that way. So we'll continue to mix this, getting it nice and mixed up breaking down that marmalade and that honey getting it all mixed together and we will see you at the next step. "
