"Hi! My name is Karl James owner of Creosoul Catering located in Round Rock, Texas and on behalf of Expert Village, I am here to show you an orange honey glazed chicken wing recipe. Okay we've dredged our chicken wings in seasoned flour and now we are going to put those in the deep fryer here. I am going to fry them until I get them to golden brown because we want that bit of fried crispiness and that color that the frying will give the chicken wings before we put them in the sauce and on to the oven. You are really not frying them completely. You are going to finish them up in the oven so that it will finish cooking in the oven. It is just like browning any other way. Normally we brown in a skillet or pot and this way we are browning like you fried it just to get that crispiness in the chicken wings that the frying can provide. You don't necessarily have to use a deep fryer. You can use a deep skillet if you like. So we get a little color on those wings and that crispiness of frying gives us. So we will continue frying our wings and move on to our next step. "
