"Hi! My name is Karl James owner of Creosoul Catering located in Round Rock, Texas and on behalf of Expert Village, I am here to show you an orange honey glazed chicken wing recipe. Now that we have our seasoned chicken wings and our seasoned flour, we need to get those things together. So we are going to dredge the chicken wings in the seasoned flours just lightly and shake off any excess and sit to the side. This is the first step in our cooking process because we will take these chicken wings and we are going to fry them. We are going to fry then in a deep fryer just until they get golden brown. So once again, we are doing things in layers. We have the chicken wings which are seasoned and then we have the actual flour that is also seasoned on top and I am going to fry those together and we will go on to our next step. What else can I tell you about this, chicken wings. If you wanted to, you could add a little red pepper, Cayenne Pepper to this flour mixture to give it just a little heat if you didn't want to use the chili peppers in the sauce. Just fry that into the wings. Anyway, this is our floured wings and we are going to continue doing this and we will move on. "
