"Hi! My name is Karl James owner of Creosoul Catering located in Round Rock, Texas and on behalf of Expert Village, I am here to show you an orange honey glazed chicken wing recipe. Now we are going to take a little zest from our orange here. We are going to be adding this to our sauce and we are using just a regular cheese grater. You just want zest. You really don't want to get down to the white on that because it is a bit bitter so we are going to work our way around on the orange. Get a little zest going there. There we go! This is going to kick up that orange flavor in our sauce. We will just keep turning the orange around getting that zest. After we get enough of the zest that we want here, we are also going to cut this orange in half and squeeze out some of that juice. We want a little bit of that orange juice actually to add to our sauce. So I'll keep working on this zest here as we move on to our next step. "
