"Hi! My name is Karl James, owner of Creosoul Catering located in Round Rock, Texas and on behalf of Expert Village, I am here to show you an orange honey glazed chicken wing recipe. Now we are going to take a look at our chicken wings. What we are going to do is separate the wings right here at the joint and if you prefer, some people prefer to cut off the little tip at the end and you can save these if you want to make your own chicken stock, these work good for that or in some Gumbo. We are going to cut ours though just at the one joint separating the drummlet and we are going to keep the tip on. I like the tip; my household likes the tip also. We'll just cut these right in the joint. You can feel it right there. We'll just cut down and actually break it apart and see the joint and cut straight through. We will continue to cut up our chicken wings and move on to the next step. "
