"Hi! My name is Karl James, owner of Creosoul Catering located in Round Rock, Texas and on behalf of Expert Village, I am here to show you a orange honey glazed chicken wing recipe. Okay we are going to start off by mixing our seasonings and this seasoning is going to be used for the chicken as well as the flour that we dredge the chicken in. We are going to start with a little onion powder, some garlic powder, some black pepper, a little bit of garlic salt and a couple of different creole seasonings. What you can do is they sell it in every grocery store. They have just the creole seasoning mix that you can find anywhere. So we've got our seasonings in a bowl and mix that up and here we have our seasoning that we are going to use on our chicken and our flour, that we are going to dredge our chicken in, so let's move on.
