Okay let's look at our ingredients for this dish. As always, we are going to use some garlic, use an orange; we are going to use the juice and some of the zest from the orange, some orange marmalade and some honey for our sauce. Then our standard seasonings a little garlic salt, a little black pepper, some creole seasonings, some onion powder and some garlic powder and other seasonings to season both the chicken as well as the flour. So we are also going to have some chicken wings, a little bit of flour that we are going to season and some oil to fry the chicken wings in ahead of time.
