"Hi I'm Karl James of Creosoul Catering and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm here to show you a tangy sticky chicken wing recipe. Now we're going to prepare our pan, we're going to use a cookie sheet with the low edge and we're going actually cover that piece of foil. Once we put our chicken wings in the sauce we're going to actually to transfer them to this sheet and because I can say that they're going to be sticky with the sugar mixture in there, so we're going to actually spray the sheet with a little oil just to try to keep them from sticking and once you put them in and get them in there and they do stick just let them cool down a little bit and you should easily be able to pry them off of the foil but the oil itself should keep them from sticking to much, we got our pan ready and lets move on to our next step."
