"This is the first step, to weigh the ingredients. The second step is to mix the ingredients, the third step is to let the dough rest and the fourth step is cutting the dough, which is what I'm doing right now. We're going to weigh this bread; this is called our seven grain bread. The ingredients come from Germany. What we're going to do is, we're going to cut it, we're going to egg wash it and we're going to put some oats on top. It sat there forty-five minutes. It all depends on the temperature of your ambiance area. This particular dough sat for forty-five minutes, I punched it down and it's ready to be cut. We weighed one pound and eleven ounces. We cut eleven ounces and the remaining we just divide into the dough and then we roll the dough into round balls. "
