"Again, you can throw pretty much anything you want in it. And the dough is formulated in such a way that the dough will not tear. A lot of doughs you could tear it and if it gets torn it is hard to put it back together and give it a nice rise. Therefore we formulate this in such a way that you could throw ingredients in it and beat up on it and still remain a nice round bagel formation. We're going to make some bagels for you today just for you to see. Again here we got bacon on top, crushed bacon inside, and I like to use shaved cheddar cheese in it, 60-day-old cheddar cheese to give it a nice flavor. You could use dried onions as we did here. Dried onions. The good thing about dried onions is that it doesn't have that smell that people are worried about. You could eat that and nobody would know you had onion bagel per se. So you could have some bagel and go to your meeting -- no problem. Again you could put whole wheat in it. You could put walnuts or raisins on it. You could have all kinds of varieties of seed and grains in it."
