"Hi, my name is Jenny Villagomez and on behalf of Expert Village, I'll be showing you how to make chile rellenos. We are almost done with our chiles, but we still have to dip, fry and dry them. Holding the chiles firmly making sure none of the chiles fall out, dip them in the batter like so, and quickly place them into the pan and use a large spoon to pour hot oil over top to the chiles to evenly fry them with your metal tongs until they become a light brown. now that these are done, place them on your pan so that the paper towels absorb any excess oil "
