"Hi, my name is Jenny Villagomez and on behalf of Expert Village I'll be showing you how to make chile rellenos; pPreparing the chiles, cutting the hole and removing the seeds. Now that our chiles are dried, we can cut an opening on the side of the chiles. Be careful the chiles are very fragile. Make it large enough so that stuffing can be put in, but not large enough that the chile will fall apart. At this point, you can carefully scrape off the seeds with a spoon to reduce the heat of the chile, but this is optional. "
