"Hi my name is Jennie Villagomez and on behalf of Expert Village I'll be showing you how to make Chile rellenos. Making the filling: in this clip we'll be making two types of filling. One comprised of ground beef and the other of cheese. Four our meat filling we must dice up half a cup of onion and two tomatoes. Use a nonstick pan, turn your flame to medium and add the ground beef. No oil needed. The fat in the ground beef will cook the beef, when the meat is brown add the tomatoes and onions. Make sure to stir. Add a teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of ground pepper. Scoot your meat over with your spoon. Now drain your meat of all the oil. Holding the pan upright, making sure the oil comes down. Once this is done you can scoop up your meat with a large spoon and put it on the plate. For our cheese filling, grab your kitchen knife and cutting board. Cut your cheese into small cubes big enough to stuff the Chile itself. Keep in mind we'll be making a tiny slit in our chilies to stuff them. You can grate your cheese but I find it easier to stuff the cubes into the Chile. Place them in a bowl and sprinkle some ground pepper on top. Dice half an onion and mix."
