Ingredients and cooking ware: In this clip I'm going to be showing you what kind of ingredients your are going to need. Pepper, salt, capsicum annum Anaheim, better known as Anaheim chiles, firm with stems, Monterey jack cheese, 1 pound and 1/2 of ground beef, tomatoes, two onions, garlic cloves, eggs, a can of tomatoes sauce, jalapeños in vinegar, corn oil and a bowl of flour to coat our chiles.
