"Hi my name is Jenny Viagomez and on behalf of Expert Village I'll be showing you how to make chile rellenos. Ingredients and cooking ware: In this clip I'm going to be showing you what kind of ingredients your are going to need. Pepper, salt, capsicum annum Anaheim, better known as Anaheim chiles, firm with stems, Monterey jack cheese, 1 pound and 1/2 of ground beef, tomatoes, two onions, garlic cloves, eggs, a can of tomatoes sauce, jalapeños in vinegar, corn oil and a bowl of flour to coat our chiles. Your arsenal will consist of, a large bowl, paper towels, gloves to protect your hands when handling the chiles an egg beater, a cutting board, a large spoon, a kitchen knife, a can opener, a cheese grater, a large ladle and a large pan of power."
