"Hi, my name is Jenny Villagomez, and on behalf of Expert Village, I'll be showing you how to make pozole. Making the pozole sauce. In this clip, we'll combine our ingredients to make your pozole sauce. Take some of your beef broth, including the garlic and the onion you had boiling before, add your chilies, and simmer them until they become soft. This will make it easier to puree in the blender. Place all your chilies in the blender. Give your broth a minute to cool, and place everything in your blender. Add a cup of water and blend. Blend until all the big chunks of chilies are gone and you are left with a chili puree."
