"Hi. My name is Jenny Villagomez and on behalf of Expert Village I'll be showing you how to dice your onions and your tomatos for your chilaquiles plate. Grab two tomatos, half an onion and a hand full of cilantro. Dice into slices. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven. Turn your onion and repeat, only this time you're ending up with tiny cubes. Check these out. Now pick them up and place them into your magic bowl of love. We're going to use the same dicing method on these plump tomatos. Cut them into little cubes. Tomatos were once considered poisonous. That's perfect. Add them to your plate. Here, we are simply removing the cilantro leaves from the stems. Take a teaspoon of salt and mix for about 20 seconds.
