"Hi. My name is Jenny Villagomez and on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to be showing you how to make your chilaquiles sauce. First you cut your onion into four pieces. You'll be using only half an onion. Take two tomatos and cut them into 4 equal pieces. Add a cup of water and simply drop your veggies in the blender. Add one teaspoon of chicken boullion. Now that your chiles have cooled down, add them to the mix, shaking off any excess oil. Seal the top, make sure it's on tight. Double check your ingredients are inside the blender. Tomatos, onions, chiles, seasonings. Press the puree button on your blender settings and blend for about 3 minutes. Making sure we end up with a nice pulp. Grab a strainer. Turn your stove flame to medium. Now pour your salsa into the strainer. Using a large spoon squeeze out the salsa through the strainer retaining seeds and skins. Spread the sauce evenly over your chips. Simmer on medium flame for about three to five minutes. "
