"Hi, my name is Jenny Villagomez and on behalf of Expert Village I will be showing how to cook and prepare the traditional Mexican meal Chilaquiles. You’re going to need a cutting board, a small screen strainer, a large spoon, a spatula, a pair of metal tongs, a sharp kitchen knife, and a blender. Here are some of the simple ingredients you’re going to need; corn, oil and salt, two red tomatoes and an onion, a handful of cilantro, otherwise known as coriander, corn tortillas, some chicken bullion, this can be found at any grocery store in the seasoning section. You can use a can of chicken broth, but this can really make a difference and of course chilies California, Chilies California also known as Anaheim chilies are good for people who want to ease into spicy food. It’s a mild dried pepper, but you can substitute a variety of peppers to make the perfect Chilaquiles sauce for your palate. "
