"Okay now I use my clean hands to break up the dry spinach that is steamed and I'm going to add a little sesame oil. About a 1/2 a teaspoon not to much just drizzle it lightly. I'm going to mix that up it is really nice and easy if you use your fingers and I'm going to add about 1/2 teaspoon of sesame seeds. Just sprinkle them to cover and mix and it is really at this point if you are making this for gimbap it is okay to over spice it a little bit cause it is going to be embedded in this big ring of rice we are just going to absorb some flavor. Going to add a little bit of kosher salt, just a tiny bit you don't want it to be to salty. Then I'm going to take it and set it aside on my plate we are just going to have all the ingredients."
