"For our basil cream sauce we would need fresh basil. Beautiful, we pick the basil of the base of the stem. You don't need very much cause we don't have a whole lot of sauce. However, if you do over do it with basil that is never a problem. Such a nice herb you can not ever get enough of this okay. So we have the basil picked, we are going to give it a rough chopped. It does not have to be to fine just like so so this would be for our sauce. Along with a quarter of a lemon so we would squeeze the lemon to the sauce. We would add the heavy whipping cream. Once this is added we would reduce the sauce to the desired consistency that a medium sauce consistency and then we would be ready to top the shrimp and ready to taste. "
