"Hello my name is Hiu Yau on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show how to cook general tso chicken. We turn the heat off of the stove to medium high and then we add some canola cooking oil your can also use granule cooking oil for this purpose. Make sure you have a inch thick. We use long chop sticks just for frying so that we won't get splatter cause our hand is a little bit of away from the hot oil. Then we can stuff them in the chicken into the oil, we fry them and make sure we turn them only when one side is almost done you can see the light brown color when I turn them. When they are almost completely they have a golden brown color then when they are done we can put them in a separate dish. Remember don't turn your chicken all at once into the wok separate them in batches in this case the oil will maintain a even temperature. "
